President Prepared Foods Group and Foodservice Division
P&L responsibility for Penn Valley/Hans Brand Sausage and King’s Delight Food companies, as well as the Coleman Natural Foodservice Division. These firms produced beef, pork, and chicken products for retail, export, club store, and foodservice markets, were comprised of six manufacturing plants with over 1,100 employees, and generated more than $250 million in sales.

Responsible for all fresh, frozen, and prepared foods sales, including: retail, foodservice, industrial, commodity, and export sales for this vertically integrated poultry processor. Directed Marketing and R&D activities.

Responsible for profit/loss, overseeing the management of approximately 375 associates in this foodservice distribution division. Significant involvement in corporate steering committees and acquisition evaluations.
